How to use Fill PDF Forms
- Upload a PDF that contains interactive form fields such as text boxes, checkboxes, or dropdowns.
- Click Load form fields to detect and display all fillable fields in the document.
- Enter values for each detected field using the appropriate input controls.
- Optionally enable Flatten to lock field values permanently and remove editability.
- Click Fill and download to generate the completed PDF.
Tips
- Use the flatten option when sharing completed forms to prevent recipients from editing your entries.
- Leave fields blank if you want to preserve their current values from the original PDF.
- Radio and dropdown fields show all available options detected from the form structure.
- If quota is reached, wait for month reset or upgrade for unlimited usage.
What this does not protect
- XFA-based forms (common in older government PDFs) may not be detected by the field analyzer.
- Some complex form layouts with nested field groups may display field names that look unfamiliar.
- It does not replace legal, compliance, or incident-response workflows.
